Weekly Workouts #2

Last week, I shared a new series on the blog – My Weekly Workouts!

LWI Weekly Workouts

Here’s what I planned to do:

Monday: Run/Walk – 30 mins (Week 1 Day 1 Couch to 5K) (Check!)

Tuesday: Spin/Abs if I get my ass out of bed… (Did NOT get my ass out of bed – BodyPump!)

BodyPump

Wednesday: Run Walk – 30 mins (Week 1 Day 2 Couch to 5K) (Well, I fell into a coma at 6PM until 930PM… good job, Lindz.) 

Thursday: BodyAttack/Pump Combo (30 minute walk while listening to a podcast.) 

Evening Walk

Friday: Run Walk – 30 mins (Week 1 Day 3 Couch to 5K) (Part time job chasing around lots of kiddos. Lots of steps!) 

FitBit Stats

Saturday – REST (Walking around Hoboken!) 

Sunday – REST

I treated myself to a manicure for my success!

Did I do perfectly? Nope! However, I was much more active than I’ve been lately, and my eating was on point. Isn’t that funny, when you work out, you want to fuel your body with healthy foods! 

I’m currently away for work, but I packed my sneakers to get a workout in!

So what will my workouts look like this week?

Monday: REST (Work+School+Travel = No workout for Linny.)

Tuesday: Hotel fitness center workout

Wednesday: Spin

Thursday: BodyAttack/BodyPump Combo (I SO want to get into this class!)

Friday: Run

Saturday: Barre, Spin, Run? The possibilities are endless 😉

Sunday: Spin or Run

What do y’all think? Does this look like a good plan? Do you have any tips for a good hotel workout? Are you as obsessed with my fall manicure as I am?
